Maple Hill Farm, "Where families stay in the New London - Lake Sunapee Area".
Our 175 year old New England farmhouse has 10 comfortable guestrooms. There are several common rooms for relaxing, warm crackling fires, books, games, a TV room and a 6-person hot-tub/spa on the deck. We also have very friendly dogs and cats.
The 3-bedroom Lakefront House on the shore of Little Lake Sunapee offers magnificent lake views, a screened porch, deck, and amenities galore. |

Our rates are reasonable and always include a home-cooked breakfast. Discounts apply to three or more night stays and for families with children.
Dinner is available for parties of 10 or more, and we have facilities for small business conferences, wedding receptions, rehearsal dinners, family reunions and other get-a-ways.
