Maple Hill Farm 2005-2006 rates:
Rooms 2, 3 and 4: $100 weekdays and $115 weekends. $125 weekdays and $135 weekends.
Rooms 1, 5 and 6: $125 weekdays and $135 weekends.
Rooms 7, 8, 9 and 10: $90 weekdays and $100 weekends. Rooms 7 and 9 as kings: $100 weekdays and $115 weekends. |

Lakefront House: 3 bedrooms, 4 ½ baths, great room with fireplace and wet bar, screened porch, deck and spa. $2,800/week and $475/night/weekends.
All rooms are air-conditioned and feature individually appointed period furnishings, many dating from the early 1800's, homemade quilts and unique wall hangings, and offer all of the creature comforts of home. Daily housekeeping and a delicious home-cooked breakfast are included. Tour the Inn to view room photos and descriptions.
Additional person rates: $25 per night over 12 years, $15 per night 12 years and under. Infants: no charge and welcome. Please inquire about rates for 3 or more nights and/or multiple rooms. Dinner is available for parties of 10 or more. We also offer Special Packages, and have facilities for small business conferences, wedding receptions, rehearsal dinners, family reunions and other get-a-ways. |

Enjoy the Inn's common rooms for relaxing, books, games, a TV room and a 6 person hot-tub/spa located on the deck. In our barn, we have a dance floor and basketball court along with a beverage bar (bring your own) for parties.
There's horseshoes and croquet along with a sand box and play ground in the yard, and swimming and canoeing in beautiful Little Lake Sunapee about a 1/4 mile walk from the inn. We also have several touring bikes available for our guests, and, in the winter, you can snow shoe or cross country ski right out the back door. |
